  • Unique Product Range COBS Bread has a unique product range that you won’t find anywhere else. Many of our signature products are based on family recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation.
  • Baked from Scratch Our skilled bakers use time-honoured scratch baking methods and carefully add our ingredients one by one to create the freshest and tastiest breads.
  • End of Day Giving All of our bread and baked goods are made early in the morning, any unsold goods are given to charities at the end of each day. The next morning, we start baking from scratch again.
  • Fresh out of the oven We believe bread tastes best when it comes fresh from the oven; this is why we only sell today what we bake today.
  • Locally Owned Each COBS Bread bakery is proudly owned by a local franchisee.
  • Made On-site Each COBS Bread bakery makes all the bread they sell. All of our bread and baked goods are made early in the morning and then given to charities at the end of each day.
  • No Added Preservatives, Colour, Sugar or Dairy All of our traditional breads contain no added preservatives, colouring, sugar or dairy so they are healthier for you and your family.

We're about Real People, Real Bread, Real Delight.  We are passionate about what we do, what we say and how we do it which makes both working and shopping at COBS a great experience.  COBS Bread is part of an Australian-owned bakery network, Bakers Delight, and has been growing in Canada since 2003.  We currently have over 70 bakeries across Canada and are continuing to grow.
